Learning Objectives (Outcomes)

Upon completion of this module, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe Methotrexate treatments and its association with renal dysfunction
  2. Identify patients with or at risk for toxic plasma methotrexate
  3. Define and explain appropriate strategies for preventing and managing toxic plasma methotrexate
  4. Name the indications and usage recommendations for glucarpidase
  5. List possible drug interactions and side effects with glucarpidase
