  1. HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

    Information Collected At Affiliated Websites’ Registration. Although you will not sign up for an account at this Site, You may create an account and register at the following websites: RNsights.com, RNsightsmembers.com, app.rnsights.com, critical.rnsights.com, NPsights.com, engage.npsights.com, PAsights.com and engage.pasights.com. Please refer to the respective Privacy Policies at those websites for information on how information is collected. To the extent You wish to be provided with a continuing education certificate through the Site, You will be required to log-in through the applicable site that corresponds to your professional title prior to accessing your certificate.

    Log Data, IP Addresses and Information About Your Computer and Mobile Device. When You visit the Site, Our servers automatically record information (“Log Data”) created by Your use of the Site. Log Data may include the URL of the site from which You came and the site to which You are going when You leave the Site. We also receive the internet protocol (“IP”) address of Your computer, Your computer operating system, type of web browser You are using, e-mail patterns, search terms, mobile device and mobile operating system if You are accessing the Site with a mobile device, as well as the name of Your internet service provider (“ISP”) or mobile carrier. The sharing of information includes providing HCP level data to our clients regarding their sponsored content. Except for the foregoing, We will not sell, rent or otherwise give Your e-mail address to a third party without Your consent.

We will cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws and third party rights, such as intellectual property rights and laws relating to fraud. Therefore, in response to a bona fide request by law enforcement or other government officials, We can (and You authorize Us to) disclose Your personal data, including Your personal identity and other information about You as We, in Our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.

    Business Transfers. Information collected from You may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale of assets, acquisition, merger, reorganization or bankruptcy involving MedInsights CE and/or its affiliates.

  4. USE BY MINORS

    We do not intend to allow minors to use the Site. If You become aware that a minor child has provided Us with information please contact Us at support@RNsights.com. We do not knowingly collect information from minor children. If We become aware that a minor child has provided Us with information, We will take steps to remove such information and terminate the minor’s account.

    The Site may contain links to other sites. The linked sites may not be under Our control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. If You decide to access any of the third party sites linked to this Site, You do so entirely at Your own risk.
